Announcing the New Rocket Travel by Agoda

It's an exciting new chapter in the Rocket Travel story: the launch of Rocket Travel by Agoda.

Rocket Travel, Inc. started in 2013, with the launch of Rocketmiles.com, our B2C platform that delivers some of the best rewards in the travel space.

Over the years, we’ve grown into a B2B whitelabel travel provider, helping design customized travel platforms for other brands. Since joining the Booking Holdings Inc. group of brands in 2015, and integrating with our sister brand, Agoda Company Pte. Ltd., one of the leading APAC travel brands, in 2019, we have leveraged all the benefits that come with being part of this affiliated family to connect our partners with the best travel inventory, and apply our expertise to create customized online travel experiences that brands can use to build loyalty with their own customer base.

Now, with the launch of Rocket Travel by Agoda, we are taking that same expertise and service to our partners to the next level.

Rocket Travel by Agoda represents the B2B partnerships arm of the two companies, which combines the power of Rocket Travel’s B2B whitelabel services with Agoda’s own strategic partnerships team to further drive travel bookings and growth across all verticals for our partners.  These expanded resources allow us to operate as a single team focused on our partners’ success.

What does it mean for partners?

This change will not alter the day-to-day business of our external partnerships. Partners can still expect to receive the same incredible level of service from the partnership and technology teams, and the engagement teams will continue to support partner success with responsive customer service and innovative marketing strategies at all levels of customers’ travel experience.

What this change does offer is wider support and resources from the expanded Rocket Travel by Agoda team. It delivers even more market intelligence, technical resources, and supply that will further enhance our go-to-market strategy. The additional business knowledge and combined  team will drive expansive R&D to support long-term growth for our partners’ whitelabel loyalty programs.


In-depth consumer journeys drive engagement throughout every phase of the customer lifecycle. A robust suite of transactional emails ensure customers have all the information needed at their fingertips from booking, to check-in, and post-trip. Dynamic cross-sell strategies allow us to drive high attach rates with other travel products offered by our partners, generating incremental bookings and boosting the value of each trip, and abandoned search and welcome series ensures customers understand the value of our partners’ travel platforms and stay loyal to our partners’ brands.
Personalized content leveraged throughout our emails, delivering a unique experience for the consumer. Our personalized email communications ensure each customer has all the information they need throughout their travels, easy ways to contact our customer loyalty team for assistance, and suggest travel destinations based on their personal travel preferences. This adds a level of convenience to the consumer experience and drives engagement with our partners’ brands.
Utilizing AI is quickly becoming a cornerstone of email marketing. Using artificial intelligence allows our marketing teams to quickly drive innovation through A/B experimentation. In testing, we have found it to be very effective at driving results and are developing new ways to leverage this emerging technology as email marketing services continue to expand.
Segmenting audiences based on previous engagement data to deliver new messages to the customer and drive continued engagement with our white label platforms.
Robust reporting enables us to continually optimize the performance of our campaigns, and keep partners informed of success and areas of opportunity at every phase of a partnership.
